Basic Bolognaise
  • 250gm organic beef mince
  • 1clove garliccrushed
  • 1 large white onion chopped
  • 2T tomato puree
  • 2tins organic chopped tomatoes
  • vegetables(carrots, peppers, courgette, aubergine) whatever you have, whatever’sseason, whatever your crew likes! Chop them small but not so small the kids can’t identify them – so important to know what they’re eating, where it comes from and that they love it so when you serve it up a different way they don’t see it as weird, scary or new.
